JOTA JOTI INDONESIA

jotajoti.web.id is the information platform for JOTA JOTI Indonesia — the national Jamboree on the Air / Jamboree on the Internet program — covering event FAQs, announcements, and posts. It is maintained by JJID volunteers and recognized by ayopramuka kwarnas, the national scouting authority. I am its main developer, carrying the platform end to end.

A national-scale scouting event needed one authoritative home for its information. FAQs, announcements, and event posts were scattered — scouts, parents, and coordinators had no single place to check what was happening, when, and how to take part.

Build a full-stack platform that a small volunteer team can actually keep alive: straightforward content flows for FAQs, announcements, and posts, and a structure that one primary maintainer can carry from upstream to downstream without burning out.

Full-stack development and maintenance, upstream to downstream: feature work, content flow, deployment, and day-to-day operation. Built and maintained alongside JJID volunteers, with me as the primary developer. The platform received recognition from ayopramuka kwarnas, the national scouting authority.

Running software for a real national audience teaches a different discipline than building for yourself: continuity matters more than cleverness, and a volunteer team's trust is earned by shipping reliably, not loudly.
